Fall Youth Retreat

This year, five churches (Christ City, Crossridge, Midtown, TriCity, and Centre Church) are partnering together again for our annual youth retreat. It’s going to be an amazing time of games, friendships, and encountering Jesus through His written Word. Retreats are a great time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, away from electronics, and all the other distractions that life throws our way. This year we'll be studying the book of Colossians with the theme of Christ's Supremacy in All Things.

This retreat is open for youth from grades 6-12.

We will be departing by bus from Christ City South Vancouver at 4:15pm on Friday, November 14. We will be returning to Christ City South Vancouver by 3:00pm on Sunday, November 16.

In addition to the questions you fill out during registration, we also require two signed forms before your child(ren) is allowed to board the bus, including:

• Letter of Informed Consent
• General Waiver and Release Agreement

These forms will be linked in the confirmation email for you to download, complete and return by November 3, 2025 (email them to David@christcitychurch.ca). They are REQUIRED for participation.

A Packing List has also been linked to the confirmation email. Please review this and ensure your youth has what they need, and doesn't have what they shouldn't bring. Note that bedding/sleeping bag and pillow are required as they are not provided by Camp Stillwood (mattresses are provided). 

**Youth should eat at home before coming on Friday, November 14, or alternatively should bring a packed dinner, as dinner is not provided by the Camp the first night.**

Registration opens Wednesday, October 8th at 7:00am.

Early bird deadline is October 24th. Registration closes November 3rd.

Drop off and pick up will be at Christ City South Vancouver located at 5887 Prince Edward Street, Vancouver.
